This is a hard one. The staff are unbelievably accommodating, hosting trips, pool tournaments and breakfast clubs. So friendly and helpful and really do their best with what they've got. However they are only there on the weekdays 8am-5pm and a different company on the weekends/nights. The facilities on the other hand is where it gets rough. You will always have to share a bathroom (toilet, bath and shower) with others, the rooms are small, many things do not work, the WiFi is a huge issue (I've had Internet troubles since moving in and no Internet for a month now). Having a silver room doesn't get you much, slightly nicer furnishings. It's pretty rough around the edges to say the least. There's not much here other than the one common room in a different building. Definitely not wheelchair/disability friendly with only stairs, heavy doors and small door ways. Not worth the price (despite it being low-ish) but 120+ for not much more is not worth it. Overall, could be so much better but at no fault of the staff who work there.

The staff are lovely but the price you pay is atrocious. I’m moving to the bank and I’m paying the same price but for an en suite, a double bed and cleaner facilities. The only reason I enjoyed my time here was because of the friends I have made and they feel the same towards Orlando.

Maintenance wasn’t good and towards the end of tenancy communal areas weren’t being cleaned weekly as promised in the agreement. Staff were always friendly but sadly the accommodation isn’t great.
