It is with great sadness that I am writing the review below. A member of the staff just contacted me to try and explain administration errors. When advising the lady that the reality (line of events and medical documents) contradicts what she is saying and that due to my current illness and body weakness I am not able to listen to her line of arguments because I am looking at papers telling otherwise she hung up the phone accusing me of ... probably knowing more than her about my case and their lack of care. In my opinion the GP practice is currently overwhelmed by load, reflected in the waiting times. But this should never be an excuse not to read a patient's file, not to treat all your patients with the required care, to hide under administration tasks hoping that no one will notice the bigger picture.

We are very glad to be with this medical centre. Overall my wife and I receive excellent care and kindness from the doctors and other staff. Yes, the odd prescription goes missing, yes we have to wait quite a while past our appointment time now and then, but given the pressures under which this centre works, like the NHS generally, we consider we are fortunate to be enrolled with what is overall an efficient caring practice. Two phone calls from the centre today, to refix an appointment for one of us, and a medication review for the other. The latter phone call, on time and carried out by the practice pharmacist, was patient and thorough and calmed niggling worries. Listening to local friends experiences with other local over-busy, over-stretched GP practices, we know we are very fortunate.

Since I moved to Kennet Island some 6 years ago I moved from Loddon Vale Practice Woodley, I have a number of medical problems, and have received nothing but Expert care and a very caring approach from a great team of Doctors, you don't need to have the same Doctor as whoever you see goes the extra mile. I have a bi-weekly blood test and Donna Perrin the phlebotomist goes out if her way to ask about my family, and we can have a laugh, a joy to be a pin cushion. I joined as a member of the Patient Participation Group, and encourage others to become involved, your opinions count.

Horrible experience. This is my first visit to this medical center. This morning at 8, the receptionist gave me an appointment for 10.10 am. I arrived at 9.45. and I've been up until 11.35am. At that point I went to the reception and kindly told me that the appointment was skipped and to go to the Walk in center for emergencies, or to make an appointment for the following days. Seriousness at the service of patients. Compliments

An excellent practice. Many services provided by friendly and supportive staff. I have been particularly impressed by the dedication of my GP in virtual appointments and other services provided during the pandemic. I would not hesitate to recommend it as a good place to receive care

A professional and friendly service. I am very grateful for the kindness of the team who looked after us when I was taken ill following an appointment (unrelated). It has also been beneficial to have the expertise of both pharmacists and paramedics on the team, and the practice comes highly recommended.
