I went to a yoga class last week at Unity, my first one since lockdown! Joanne was so prepared with hygiene and social distancing measures, I felt so comfortable and safe in the studio. Just walking through the doors of the studio, you feel your troubles melt away! Joanne led us through a relaxing, soothing evening flow which felt amazing, and I went home and slept the best I had slept in weeks. My partner had a float and a sauna, which he also loved! Such a treat. A absolutely beautiful and treasured space for anyone looking to escape the outside world. We will be back very soon! Thank you, Unity! X

My husband and I enjoyed the 'Unwind' Package. Our first experience of a floatation pool - was the perfect start to a decadent morning, followed by sauna, massage and delicious lunch. Great value, wonderful staff and a truly special experience. Couldn't recommend enough!

The Unity Centre is a different world you enter, the moment you come through the door. It's a space that nourishes your body and soul. I have enjoyed both the sauna and a float on the day and I felt absolutely amazing. You experience Unity with all senses with visual expressions of art and harmonious arrangements of colours in the rooms, with beautiful soothing scents, with your skin being nourished by various treatments you can book. The staff were incredibly accommodating in terms of my needs and very welcoming, so it is a place I am now actively promoting to all my friends and family and of course I am a returning customer now. It all sounds lofty but you need to try it yourself to realise how good it is for you. Especially now in those crazy times we need to treat ourselves kindly...

I had a massage with Yolanda at The Unity Centre today. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She listened well and adapted to my needs, even as I gave her feedback during the session. She was intuitive and very sensitive to what was going on with me physically and emotionally. Such a treat. Money well spent!

Yesterday I discovered the Unity Centre, a calm sanctuary just off the high street. It had a lovely friendly, spiritual atmosphere which was welcoming and not at all imposing. I enjoyed an excellent massage with the talented Yolanda, easing all aches and pains, I felt like a new woman! Thank you, I will certainly be returning! 🥰
