The Trinity spa by healing touch – cairns

My friends and I booked this spa on our holiday in Cairns and it was wonderful. The staff were accommodating to our group booking needs, ensured we could be treated at the same time, arranged a spa for us and the treatments were amazing. We especially loved the Gold massage, a very unique experience and the facial mask was a highlight. Everyone was really friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Spa!! Would highly recommend! Got a massage and facial and felt so relaxed after. It’s very responsibly prices. All the furniture and decor is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very modern, the room I was in had its own private shower and spa! This is now my new regular :)

Had a lovely massage at each of their spa locations. The Gold stone one was amazing and the Swedish one as good. Lovely staff who were very friendly and it was very reasonably priced too. Definitely worth a visit

The most beautiful and peaceful experience. I went to get a facial with my mother in law and we had the most relaxing time. The staff were so attentive, friendly and flexible, they managed to squeeze us in last minute. They really guided the products they used on our skin with expert knowledge, using different techniques I’ve never had before, and were so reasonably priced. My mother in law has found a new local spot, and I’ll be back when I visit next!!! Thank you!

I called to book today for a sensitive facial. The receptionnist proposed 4:45pm at 10am this morning. Then, told me that she needed to call me back to confirm the type of facial for sensitive skin (Obviously, they don’t even have basic knowledge to answer to that question on the phone), The Trinity spa called back later, proposing a facial service in 3 days. My appointment at 4:45pm was already gone! This place is a tourist spot so people don’t come back, theirs clients are a new batch of client everyday so they just don’t care about customers at all because I am just a number, nothing more.
