This is the worst surgery in Luton!!! The lady in the reception was very loud and rude and she was angry when I didn’t do anything to her. When she talks to Asian people she is very rude. Then I see her talking to English people she was kind. This stupid lady is racist!! Do not come here. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. It deserves a 0 !!

We went to the walk in centre today because my mom was not feeling well. Receptionist was very friendly and we were seen very shortly by a friendly nurse and afterwards the doctor. He was super friendly and helpful.

My name is Ashraaf. I’m only 13 years old. Me my father and my sister came because I’m very ill. The lady in the reception who looked Indian was very loud and rude. She had a very angry look on her face. They have very less doctors and they should get some more. We are very very disappointed. It will be good if the lady talked nicely to me because it will give a good impression. This is the worst surgery in Luton. Thanks

2 Hours waiting until we got the treatment for our daughter. A very nasty throat infection and they gave us a useless treatment. After 1 day, when the things got a lot worse( couldn't eat, drink and couldn't even speak) I had the inspiration to get tickets to Europe. As soon the first doctor saw her, got her in the hospital for 5 days, perfusion, injectable antibiotics with normal dosage not 250mg pill. The effects showed in 24hrs. We were lucky, but how many have the possibility to send their kids to Europe?.

Their phone doesn't work every morning since I am registered there from 2 years between 15 and 45 min..so don't bother to call them at 8.. it's so pointless...and of course after that ' you are being placed in a queue ' for at least 40min to 1 h and they don't have suddenly any appointments for the day if they ever answer you ...and of course they could hang on you depending on their mood....I can't even speak for the appointments.. Thank god that there is 111 and AE

If I can give this place 0 rating I will give. 2 years I didn't seen doctor.Last days I was trying to speak with some receptionist from surgery and after 59 min of waiting on the line when at last I was 1- they just disconnected my call. They don't answer calls at all only keeping you waiting and disconnect. I run away from this place and changed my surgery . In new place I got chance to see doctor in 1 week. Be aware if you are taking blood test there , some of ladies don't know why people discover disposable gloves and treat you with naked hands.

Like the whole country under a lot of stress because of covid, this Surgery took me on as a patient and gave me the medication I needed. I can only admire their commitment they give to the patients. Thank you Town Centre Surgery.

Hopeless phone line! Waited 2 hours during the day to get to no.1 on the queue only to get cut off and have to queue all over again. Called in the evening and finally got through to be told that they can’t even make appointment for next week and have to call in the morning. Told reception per above and only replied yes the system does that, the line is shorter in the evening but no we cannot make appointments for you. No you can’t make appointment online and no you can’t email us for it! What a waste of everyone’s time! 2hr30mins i wasted today!!
