Nothing to write about uninteresting 1960/70's style. Mainly serves the Wembley gig and football crowd with its plastic glasses and run of the mill lagers. The food quality is quick and the service on a quiet day is good. If really want a decent pub then go to the Preston just a bit further down Forty Lane. This is an Ember Inn with proper ale and much better choice and quality of food. Plus it has a proper beer garden, not some benches stuck on a a bit of grass right next to two busy roads.

Seems friendly and welcoming. Menu looked good and affordable. Liked the look of the challenges but didn't have time to eat there. My only critique was the state of the gents toilets. Apart from that it all else looked good and staff were smiling

We was seated and served by Simon who was very helpful and friendly. He came back to make sure all was ok and drinks were not low. He was very polite and helped us with the allergens and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you Simon for your great customer skills will definitely come back I hope the management appreciate him as much as we do.

Exquisite vegan food, couldn’t ask for better in a Greene King pub that serves John Smith’s for £2.97: staff always happy to adapt plate to be vegan where possible too. Don’t come expecting haute cuisine and you’ll leave with a full belly and a smile writ across your face. Personally, I love the texture and versatility of the vegan pieces: they could put them in anything, my preference being my mouth. Also, the staff are all legends, I’m happy to call this pub our local, and it’s because they are so welcoming.

We visited the location for the first time on a Saturday night with friends. The pub looks good, it is very clean and also well decorated. We tried some sharers, the nachos' cheese has been disappointing, it got cold in 2 minutes and the consistency was plastic like. No taste to it either. Drinks are ok, and affordable. The draft beers selection is not very large. The only thing we would like to review negatively is the staff's service, they were not friendly at all, it was not a very busy Saturday night but they were not bothered to say something when leaving the food on the tables and we were thanking them. 🤣 They have a good games area, including darts and a pool table.
