They did have what I needed, they pack a surprising amount of tools and stuff in such a small store. Unfortunately rude AF, and that's basically the experience of buying something. If the staff is not nice, friendly and helpful, you end up leaving the store with a bad feeling. Bad enough to leave a negative review.

I've bought quite a few things from the guys at The Toolbox in the past and I couldn't fault them if I tried. The shop is small but crammed with goodies and you'd be surprised at just how many goodies are being sold at prices much cheaper than those money grabbing multinationals. Pop in and grab yourself a bargain folks, you'll be glad you did.

Toolbox Scotland provided me with excellent service when the delivery company lost one of the items in the order. A replacement was in my hands 24 hours later. Thanks - I will use again.

I purchased a wet stone as a Christmas present for my husband on 20th November. Unfortunately, it didn't fit and because it was outside of the 30 day policy they would not exchange it for the correct size, even though we were happy for them to keep the difference in the price. I am disappointed in their unhelpful attitude but it's their policy and their choice regardless of it being a Christmas gift which meant I couldn't return it in time. I learned my lesson and just won't shop there again but what really disappointed me was that they would not publish my review. It was accurate and honest but it seems they only publish favourable reviews which suggests they are not a trustworthy company.
