It's so good to see a small local company building up. Visited the shop for the first time just after it had opened and was very impressed. The staff are polite and friendly with a really positive attitude to service. The coffee is lovely and there are dairy free options available. There are also a range of cakes and dairy/gluten free and I believe, vegan options available. I hope to see Thirsty Elephant in Pontyclun for the foreseeable future!

Fantastic, friendly, coffee shop with a welcoming atmosphere. The coffee is great; the cakes are awesome - gluten free and vegan options are available (and are delicious). It's dog friendly too.

Been here for coffee and also cocktails. You can tell the place has its regulars but that didn't stop Chris (I think he's the owner?) coming to sit with us newbies for 5 outside. Lush coffee and the treats are always delicious. The cocktails were wonderful and my friend and I had a great time there - my head was not so great the next day as their espresso martini is STRONG (but why would you want it any other way). Love the decor and overall vibe too.

I've been here during the day for coffees and on a couple of evenings for drinks. Always a really nice atmosphere, and the team working are really friendly. The coffees are good, and we had a vegan grazing board on our last visit which was awesome. Thoroughly recommend.
