Had a lovely experience here today, the staff were so genuine and friendly. The deep tissue massage was amazing and I was given great advice and explanation for my problem areas upon assessment within the massage. I will 110% be going here regularly. Very beneficial.

Ive been going to the therapy room for years now because adelaide has magic hands 😁 x last week at my seesion i explained how the doctor had diagnosed me with sciatica over lockdown and how much this had affected my daily life , after a quick chat with adelaide and a look at her skeleton muscle and ligaments posters (which i love) we located the problem and adelaide and her magic hands has fixed it ! No more sciatic pains at all x Nothing short of AMAZING after suffering so long x thanks again chick xx
