I've been to see James for two different problems, once for my painfull shoulder, once when I had an accident at work resulting in a back injury. On both occasions I had the very best treatment and advice with exercises from him. I was soon on the mend. I would thoroughly recommend The Therapy Centre.

I visited James Barnett and was really impressed with the sports/deep tissue massage. James really listened when I explained where my pain was coming from and he treated me accordingly. The massage was brilliant - super relaxing and it got rid of all my aches and pains. Bonus points for giving me advice on my posture as well as pointing out a few quick exercises to help ease the stiffness in my neck. If you're looking for someone who will put you at ease and listen to you then I'd suggest coming here

I had just two sessions with James for a frozen shoulder. He gave me all the information and exercises I needed to sort the problem out by myself. There is no miracle cure for this, and it has taken months of steady exercising to get back to normal, but I saw gradual improvements every day.
