Ben did a fantastic job with my computer. I took it to him as it was behaving very strangely, rendering it unusable. He managed to quickly identify the issue and easily fix it in a professional and friendly manner. To say I was relieved is an understatement. If I were no longer local to Nailsea in future, I would go out of my way to see him!

We met with Ben to discuss our daughters requirements for a new PC for her GCSE homework. Ben was really helpful and helped design a bespoke PC for her which did everything she required and more. There was no pressure put on us or any attempt to “add on unnecessary extras” and the time frame from system design to product delivery was only a couple of days. Excellent unbiased advice from Ben all the way through the process of replacing my old machine. He then transferred the data from the old to the new machine and everything worked first time - exactly as he described it. Very happy with the customer service.
