yes the blonde girl.is very off putting.and clearly very rude unproffesional.and cares more about her own appearence.sadly i will not be going with freinds again till this changes.nor will they i go with them.not any more.sadly james left he was fantastic.and did great spray tans.The blonde lady is very unproffesional.over sells.pushy.rude and make up is so over the top.of putting.lashes...i go with freinds.she was coming out of sunbed again herself very black made us wait whilst tanning herself unfreindly rude disorganised

I had a spray tan a few days ago and I am really pleased with the fantastic results. James the manager was very helpful and advised me on what would be best for me as it was my first visit. He was very professional and made my experience at the tanning shop enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back for another spray tan. The shop was very clean and welcoming. Brilliant thank you !

I went to ask about deals and was spoken to so rudely by the girl behind the counter, fairly annoyed as my girlfriend comes here a lot and I wanted to get her a package for summer I won’t come here again. Abrasive customer service isn’t the way to go if you want to sell stuff.

Love coming to the tanning shop, And love having the best welcome from James hes AMAZING always very helpful. The place is always very clean and tidy. always such a pleasurable experience highly recommend :)

James the manager is by far the best ever! He stayed open late for myself and my 3 sisters to get our spray tan done after us arriving close to closing time. Would never use another tanning shop!

Birthday Spray tan! Georgia was so lovely helping my friends and I select our spray tan colours this morning. She was super knowledgeble and patient with those of us who had not had a spray tan before and eased our nerves. 10/10 service and great result! Thanks so much

Been regular for over 3 years, staff been coming and going way too much and been extremely rude lately, trouble started when one of the girls charged me twice "accidentally", she said first transaction didn't go through, charged me again, came home, opened my bank account and saw that I was charged twice, went back a few days later, showing them my account statement, they said uh oh you need to contact customer service we can't help it in store, searched everywhere online and didn't find any useful contacts, went back again and spoke to the manager, she said she'll sort it out, been sorting it ever since, this has been a year ago, they've changed store managers 3 times ever since and I've told each one of them about this, never done anything, never got my money back. Recently they changed store manager again, one girl kept charging me £12,50 instead of Sunday promotion £10 for sun angel, been charged for £10 for years tho, anyway whenever there was a different person they all charged me normal price, this one girl always charged me more somehow, mentioned it to store manager, she said yeah she's been charging you wrong, I'll speak to her about this, went again, that one girl charged me more again, told her it must be wrong, even the store manager charges me £10, then she started arguing with me very annoyed saying that the store manager is new and she doesn't know what she's doing, very professional I can say.. I went back a few weeks ago, store manager was there, I explained her what happened last time, she then turned around and said the price has gone up, nothing wrong with that, but she said it with a proper annoyed Karen face, then she said they've been actually charging me £8 the whole time???? I told her I can show you my account statement, they charged me 12,50 the whole time now you're saying I been undercharged??? Never went back ever since, and never will, and I'm telling all my friends not to go there, rude unprofessional staff, plus like I said I been regular for over 3 years, never seen big difference after using their sunbeds, tried all types of beds, all expensive lotions, even if I saw a slight difference it disappeared in about 4days, I always thought it must be my skin type but since I'm going to a different tanning salon it's a whole new world. Don't go there, rude staff with weak expensive sunbeds

Staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Personally I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a tan
