I have been with the forerunner's and this Surgery for many many years. In all that time I have never known it to be so difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor. When you do finally see a doctor, you never see the same one twice. It's about time, this practice started to live up to its credo. This is not the face of an health care service unit that actually cares. Bring back Dr. Nolan and her predecessors.

Not reliable for much needed prescriptions. Constantly fobbed off. Been registered for a few months but looking to change ASAP. Update: thank you for the response but this review relates to a prescription we have been trying to collect for my partner. Being without it has prolongued considerable discomfort.

The staff and doctors at the surgery have been fantastic since joining in November 2018. All intitial registration transactions were quick and my wife managed to get referral to a specialist the following day. all communications and appointments were excellent and the care shown by the doctor and staff has been excellent too.

I'm trying to get an appointment with GP here since last week. I start call them every morning at 8 a.m non-stop till about 8.20 when they finally pick up the phone and tell me that they fully booked. Every single day. They tried to send to the Hub where I've been told that they can't help me and I need to see my own GP. It's a loop.

Terrible service, I would go into detail if there was any point at all but nothing will be done due to the fact that this practise is probably running so inefficiently on purpose to scrape more money from the government to fund the NHS. It’s an absolute disgrace and as soon as I am able to move I will be - which again I am sure they are happy about.

Very friendly and helpful, yes the phone queue can be frustrating, but I called at 8am and got a telephone appointment for the same day and an appointment for the next day to come in and have bloods and ECG and blood pressure. Hopefully the swift service continues so they can find out what's wrong with me.
