Extremely poor customer service from one the staff members! He could have been respectful and polite in his communication, I didn't appreciate being spoken to in a negative way. Will not use the service in the future.

I would highly recommend the store room on beckside road. The manager Steven was very helpful and friendly. After having trouble hireing a vehicle from one of the big hire companies Steven put us in contact with a small company that helped us out to get the job done.

The storage rooms themselves were fine and the price was good but that's where it ends. The lifts are very old, slow, small and there is only one. So having a room on the first floor is a pain especially when it's busy. The deposit and notice policies are very confusing and you quickly forget about them. A simple email reminder would be helpful and fair, telling me that I need to extend my notice period otherwise my deposit will be lost. In the end half of my deposit was lost because of it.
