The St. Regis Singapore – lake district

Chose the Penthouse Guest room w Garden View for the stay. Love the window view.. Butler service and love the stand alone bath tub. Meaning not attached to the wall type. 😊 Hotel facilities are not major to me. Spa n bed was amazing.

Staff very friendly and attentive service. Excellent butler service (tea, coffee room service). Hotel very lavishly adorned with art pieces. Room very quiet and nice view. Love the surround sound and the bath tub and the shower system. Bed very comfortable. Overall is excellent hotel. Will consider come stay again.

Great experience altogether. Gastronomically fabulous food, superb service, wondrously friendly professional staff, and the 24-hr butler service is awesome. And by the way, what's aforementioned were all understated 😊

This hotel is very classic and nice spacious, luxurious. Breakfast was delicious, service is more valuable because it serves food directly rather than buffet. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The bed is big too the bathroom is very clean and marbleous especially bathtub in the bathroom were very very good. Butler service was especially impressed! Good rest with high level service! very satisfied this staycation!

An overall very pleasant stay at the st Regis. Room was beautifully decorated with all necessary amenities and more. Welcome snacks and drinks were presented in the room. Staff was very professional and took care of all our special requests. Little details for the kids like teddy bears and cakes. Including a cake for my husband whose birthday we were celebrating. Spa was beautiful and again staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast and the food in the hotel was great. The whole experience was just very pleasant and it felt like a properly run luxury hotel. Worthy of 5 stars. Would definitely book there again. Also pricing was great as we booked a package which included hotel vouchers, breakfast, parking coupons etc. All in all a great deal for a luxury experience.

Had the chance to stay at the Astor suite at St. Regis on our wedding night and it was an unforgettable experience. Besides the impeccable amenities provided, Mr kumar and the butler team went the extra mile to bring deserts for us which was totally unexpected. Room comes with lots of smart features that heightens the sense of exclusivity.

Stayed twice this year. It was a really great experience at St Regis. Loved the butler service where I can order hot and iced beverages. Rooms were also huge. Furnishings were a little dated but bed was really comfortable. Room service was delicious. Do recommend their truffle fries!

I heard that their service is immaculate but my experience is totally opposite. Check-in is acceptable. Requested for extra towels and amenities but it's didn't arrive. Have to call again in the evening. Look at the dirty linen in the attached photo. Butler service for drinks is changed from 24hrs to 9am-11am only. Bubble bath is limited to 2 a day. So much for the comment that St Regis is famous for the butler service. More like Infamous. I'm not coming back again.
