No BS from these guys! Simple and easy. Very knowledgeable and quick. They drove almost two hours to bring our tub. This whole transaction was very simple. We had to wait a couple weeks but these days everything is on back order. We are grateful we found this spot as we don’t need that over the top sales pitch. We did our homework which we recommend to do with any investment. But Mark and his delivery guys were on point. Mark and Jeff(business partner) are very busy. Phone calls work best as texting and emails can get lost in their busy days. We hope you find a tub that works for you. There are plenty to choose from. Ask ALL the questions: Mark WILL have the answer. All other retailers provide gimmicks. We are very excited with our purchase!

2/27/22 - needed a new hot tub lift arm as we bent ours in the last ice storm and they were excellent in meeting up with us at the store and accommodating us once again meeting our needs. Response time is excellent and was willing to meet us on a day store not even open. Huge selection, great prices, the customer service for us was the best and most helpful, explained everything, very informative, didn't try to just sell to sell, was very honest about the product and will service if we ever need it. Glad to do business with them and look forward to in the future!

I really appreciate the fact that there is no sales pressure, just plain facts that helped us choose the right spa for our family. I couldn't be happier to meet Mark this morning who is one of the owners of The Spa Wholesaler. I needed a part for my hot tub to get it running again and Mark was nice enough to answer his phone before business hours and come in early to get me the jet housing part I needed. Super nice guy and even offered up advice on the repair without even asking him for it. I didn't buy my hot tub from them as the tub came with the purchase of my home. When it comes time for a new tub though I believe I will be offering them my business first. Thanks again Mark!
