I had the “best ever” Swedish Full Body massage by Sophie yesterday afternoon. It was so relaxing and I felt totally comfortable and “safe” in this current environment. Sophie was so professional and comforting. I cannot wait to return for my next treatment. Thank you Sophie and TM Spa and Leisure

Stopped here for a wedding. The spa was lovely the hotel and food was excellent. All the staff were fantastic. Julie the housekeeper was excellent. Asked for a fridge and within 2 mins had it at our door. She was so helpful and was a credit to the hotel.

Hadn't been here for a long time but pleased with what we found The afternoon tea was good but the sandwiches provided for the 17month old with us were cut too thick. She managed by deconstructing them. We left rather a mess of crumbs on the floor. Sorry about that.

One star because I can't award less. Where do I start? Don't go, don't book!!! The place is filthy and falling apart! The spa is nothing short of a health hazard, see pics attached from just over a week ago. Loose sharp tiles in steam room, furniture falling apart what little there is if it. Place looks like it has not been cleaned for months, green algae on pool steps, thick black tide mark on pool wall, black mould pool side! Awful!! Service is poor and slow to say the least, waited an hour for lunch whilst on a spa break! Please don't waste your hard earned cash, how this place has 4* is beyond me. The response from our complaint was dismissive to say the least; see screenshot. Never again!!

The room was quite good and well maintained by the attendants. The bathroom was poorly designed and needed refurbishment, most of the channels on the TV didn't work. The breakfast was the most expensive I have ever paid in a hotel of this standard and quite frankly I wish we had gone to McDonalds, it was that bad! And the service at breakfast wasn't good either. The reception and bar staff were very polite and helpful. Overall 4/10
