We've been here twice for a couples retreat. I can't praise the staff enough for their professionalism and just altogether being nice. I love the location too, it's quiet, even when there's been a wedding on, somehow the noise doesn't seem to get out. Another highly recommended spot.

Very good in terms of staff, cleanliness, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and towels. Not so good gym equipment with too many old machines, too many broken and too little choice (only one rower and one cross trainer!). Will be back but some easy wins would make it even better.

Went with friends on a day visit via discount voucher, upon first foot through door at reception we were treated no differently to full paying visitors , very friendly helpful staff. We had breakfast , lounged in the pool & jacuzzi till our massage ( 1 hr) pure bliss in singular rooms great ambiance and skilled masseuse. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and would definitely be visiting again .

Ii was a lovely break and the people who looked after me were great. It's the first time I have had any treatments and it was very relaxing. The food was lovely and tasty and the room was large with comfy chairs to sit in and all the normal things you would expect such as TV, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board etc.

Went for a Spa day for 2. Staff is welcoming, 50 minutes treatment was good. However the place is in great need of renovation. Spa Bath had tiles missing, changing rooms were freezing. After the treatment we were sent to relaxing room and it was awful, very uncomfortable chairs and room was cold too. Overall not so relaxing. Do not recommend, there are better places for a Spa day
