The Sofa and Chair Company has an amazing selection of modern, classic and upmarket furniture. I have been dealing with Sajjad for a while now and he has been unbelievably helpful, professional and an absolute joy to work with; I could not recommend him enough! Will definitely come back here and work with him for all of my projects!

What a great service from Sajid. He definitely knows his stuff, met him through our Interior Designer he spent a lot of time with us making sure he understood our needs, after this we would recommend Sofa & Chair.

Visited the showroom yesterday. At Reception the lady was a bit offish but i just put it down to weekend vibes. My husband I wandered around for 45 mins without anyone asking if we needed assistance. Eventually i went downstairs and asked the 3 people that were sitting at their desks (1 watching Netflix). The gentleman i spoke to was extremely unhelpful. If he had bothered to enquire what i was looking for or ask for my details then they would have discovered that I had recently spent over £5000. I was rather upset with the lack of customer service offered and left. I will not be returning to the brand in a hurry! I did not feel valuable and the staff are dismissive!

If I could give 10 stars I would - from when we first walked in and met Asher and the team at S & C, have had the most fantastic experience. Even down to the logistics team who have been so professional and accommodating. From being in the business some 40 years ago, it bought back memories - thank you all for making our new home so special.

Very nice furniture place. Things are quite pricey but occasionally you will see something that is reasonably priced. You can tell it is top end stuff here. The location is a off the main way but parking is easy

The showroom is massive and has a vast array of luxury furniture and furnishings on display, all arranged beautifully. We never felt hassled or pushed into making a purchase and enjoyed the showroom at our leisure

Product is well-made but if you care about ethics and how they treat their staff, I'd take my money elsewhere. Glassdoor reviews of the company are horrible.

Recently bought some furniture from this place, and had to leave a review when I got home! Amazing customer service and there was a really nice gentleman who helped us! Definitely recommend dealing with sajjad!
