I have been dealing with Sajjad for a while now and he has been unbelievably helpful, professional and an absolute joy to work with; I could not recommend him enough! Will definitely come back here and work with him for all of my projects!

Visited the showroom yesterday. At Reception the lady was a bit offish but i just put it down to weekend vibes. My husband I wandered around for 45 mins without anyone asking if we needed assistance. Eventually i went downstairs and asked the 3 people that were sitting at their desks (1 watching Netflix). The gentleman i spoke to was extremely unhelpful. If he had bothered to enquire what i was looking for or ask for my details then they would have discovered that I had recently spent over £5000. I was rather upset with the lack of customer service offered and left. I will not be returning to the brand in a hurry! I did not feel valuable and the staff are dismissive!

Even down to the logistics team who have been so professional and accommodating. From being in the business some 40 years ago, it bought back memories - thank you all for making our new home so special.
