The Shoreditch Spa

I have visited The Shoreditch Spa many times and would highly recommend. The staff are always very polite, friendly and accommodating to help and with requests I have. The spa has a calm, stylish atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I have had treatments from a variety of different practitioners whom have all been excellent. It is my favourite place in London for massage and have help fixing back and shoulder issues.

One of the greatest massages I’ve ever had and affordable. Mani/pedi were great. Service was excellent. It isn’t a place to go if you’re looking for something fancy but you walk out feeling like a whole new person.

Fantastic and professional services. Staff are beautiful people and create good atmosphere. I felt looked after by Marcella on arrival and had a wonderful facial by Dani. Highly recommended!

Visited this spa with my friend they were very accommodating and professional but also warm and friendly. We got the Shoreditch facial which was gorgeous I thoroughly enjoyed it the ambiance temperature and cleanliness was great and the facial itself was thorough and my skin felt amazing . The lady doing my facial was knowledgeable and really lovely she was great explained everything and went through my skincare regime . Highly recommend would book again and infact I'm looking forward to it soon .

Just had a wonderful experience at Shoreditch Spa, with a luxury pedicure and facial. The quality of treatments and professionalism was excellent and I feel truly pampered. The team are very friendly and attentive. I can highly recommend my therapist Dani. Will be returning soon!

This was literally the best manicure I've ever had. I wish I knew about this place sooner. It was so precise, carefully applied, and to that end lasted like double what regular polish ever does for me. I was really impressed by the care and attention, was a lovely relaxing experience as well, and I'll definitely be back for more.

We had the most incredible massages at Shoreditch Spa. Doncho gave one of the best massages I've ever had - he was firm and put the right pressure, and also worked pretty fast so there was a lot of work done, while still managing to make it super relaxing. Highly recommended for deep tissue massage. My mum had a more gentle Swedish massage and loved it too. The team were really welcoming, patient and kind. The ambiance in the therapy room was lovely, really peaceful music (piano I think) and the lights were super low/off. Small touches like a hot towel midway through the massage really made it stand out. The prices aren't low, but I'd rather pay that extra £10 and know I'm getting a brilliant massage, than go a little cheaper and risk being disappointed - Shoreditch Spa is pretty much guaranteed to make you feel great.

Luxury treatments at this amazing spa in Brick Lane, East London. I have had both massages and facials, and I keep coming back for more. You won't need to go to another spa once you been here. This place is truly unique.

Unprofessional and rude staff. Booked in for a massage for myself and my friend for their birthday. Turn up to the appointment and told it had been cancelled due to ‘credit card fraud’. Turns out the receptionist had booked us under someone with the same names profile using their account details. No apology offered - receptionist was rude and dismissive. Given we had taken the day off work and were then accused of pretending to be someone else I can safely say we will NEVER be booking back here again. In response to the owners reply… There was no apology given or discounted rate offered. When we asked if that would be possible we were told that that would not happen. Your receptionist was extremely rude and we were made to feel like it was our fault they had booked us under the wrong name. Being accused of pretending to be someone else to commit fraud is extremely offensive. Given that we had taken the day off work and it was my friends 30th birthday that day we would have thought there would have been at least some acknowledgement or apology. We would have hoped more from business that supposedly has good reviews.
