They refused their toilets to my 3 year old who had a very urgent need and soiled themself as a result. They made no apologies for not offering help in emergencies. They even rejected a suggestion to have a potty in a corner for such situations. Management’s view is that parents should carry around portable loos. Surely all parents always go shoe shopping with portable loos... Or how about showing basic kindness and understanding towards the children who give you so much business?

Another great village shop with beautiful kids shoes. They do a lot of brands and styles. I have never failed to find a pair of kids boots or smart casual shoes for my girls. Staff is knowledgeable which is rare these days and always helpful. During sales time the Shoe Station always have great bargains!

My kids have grown up with The Shoe Station. It has a great range of shoes and more importantly staff who know how to fit shoes properly. The service is personal and the staff remember the children. Also, it has a great range of toys and gifts. It's a lovely local place to shop in Kew.

The best kids shoe shop for miles around. Their staff is ever so patient despite facing herds of school-age kids at the start of every school-year and term, dispensing good advice and fitting.

This is the first time I've used The Shoe Station for school shoes, but it won't be the last. My daughter has wide feet, and often high street stores just don't have anything that works for her. Today there was a great range of choice and some great advice too. I am seriously impressed. Thank you so much for your help!

Can't praise this store highly enough! They are shoe whisperers! They also have a fantastic range of lesser known, but brilliant brands. My toddler son has tricky feet (H fitting, high instep) and they have three times now found the perfect shoe for him with impressive ease. On our first visit he wouldn't let them measure him, but the assistant correctly choose which make of shoes he needed pretty much by sight alone. The last two times have had to be over the phone during lockdowns - when they once again suggested the perfect winter boots, sent me photos to make sure I liked them and very efficiently arranged for them to be delivered. My son loves the warm fleecy, baby bogs (boots) they suggested - so much so, he'd have worn them to bed if he could!
