Initially very good and professional when went to buy, asked if they could deliver before they build so I could paint it, I offered to pay extra delivery cost told no! Delivery cancelled by them due to family bereavement and basically told they didn't know when delivery would be, they them arranged delivery approx week later, great job and great shed. Noticed later in the day a piece of roof trim hadn't been cut and protruded a foot out from the roof of the shed, called and dealt with the extremely rude lady but they did come and fix the issue, but didn't let us know and climbed over a locked garden gate! . 3 months in and shed door has twisted and won't close or lock, rang again and again spoke to a rude unprofessional lady who arranged someone to call me to arrange to repair, on returning home on the evening I went in garden and spotted a lot of mess on the floor(it was dark) after trying to work out what it was realised they had been and removed my shed door, locked with a key!! Fixed problem and then refitted the door, again climbing over a locked rear garden gate. I had fitted an extra lock to the shed that now doesn't work due to their repair, I called again and said they needed to come back and questioned how they had opened the shed and apparently they have keys to sheds purchased from them so pointless supplying the lock then really. Basically a great shed, good price, add your own lock for extra security though, customer service poor though.

I had a shed delivered in early August, erected by them with a lock and key. After a couple of weeks the lock is not working, contacted them several times emails and phone calls, promises to ring me back but so far had no response .... still waiting for them to come and fix it .... After sales care is very very poor.... phoned again Friday 5th Oct lady was lovely on the phone, got promised they'd phone to arrange repair , still waiting for the phone call....,...

WE visited the premises. The lady in the office showed us the choices. Ordered our shed it was delivered and erected by two nice chaps. Quality materials. Would use again 👍
