Trip to A&E after a rta. service was as you would expect it to be in liverpool. Treated with total respect in a professional manner. By polite and extremely pleasant staff all round. I cannot fault my experience in any way from my visit.

If you visiting emergency room in The Royal Liverpool University hospital . On emergency reception desk they ask you for your ID now. I've been going to the emergency eye clinic for 12years now. The guy on emergency reception desk first thing he asked me if i have ID on me luckily i had my provisional driving license with me. He looked at me asking for more proof of identification.I told him i have a British passport but not with me at the moment as i don't carry it with me all the time. Also asked me how long I've lived in UK for and asking me to read a hand written note..I told him i can read in Walsh as well if you want me to. I even called the Royal in morning to see if they were open no one mentioned about bringing identification.. Please take your Identification ID as a proof. ๐ŸŒˆThank you to all NHS workers ๐ŸŒˆ
