What's the point in having a phone line if you can never get through! Whole place needs Bulldozing down!

Totally mismanaged , you try to phone and all you get is ‘call failed’ what a joke would have given it no stars !!!!

They used to be really good I could phone talk to someone and get an appointment they are now Terrible, they do anything possible to avoid human contact. Nearly every option pushes you to an app that doesn't work properly. It feels like you have to do a 20 page online form that tries to get rid of you before you can speak to a doctor. Awful when you need to talk to someone urgently

Nearly always come out of this place feeling disregarded/not taken seriously/rushed. Also practically impossible to ring up and speak to someone.
