Record amount of 247 calls to try and get through the appointment line this morning without success. Frustrated! Cannot waste this amount of time trying to get through!

The only people who have give this useless practice 5 stars are asians with muslim names now that shows us English in our own country that we are treat like dirt while the muslim doctors are looking after their own it's time for change

They let my son starve and choke on sick by not giving him his medication because they think they know whats best. 6 months ive been waiting to see someone for my son thats his entire life they refuse things that the hospital prescribed! Also dont answer the phone.

poor quality services on the reception rely unfriendly person twice trouble with booking dates or times where over the phone confirmed twice time and date but make sure as this not guarantee as this person finished booking where you coming on the day and time promised over the phone no guarantee as this was booked where you arranging day off or changing your other plans for booked appointment coming on time and on the desk you hear as sorry nothing booked for this day asked twice and she confirmed with next day booking visit not sure as that mistake or person who working on the reception specially going with wrong details as sending to other practice as when called with wrong date not the same as twice confirmed !!!terrible as that happen not first time with same person no matter what the reason this person giving untrue information think as i get answer Tomorrow by face to face !

Disgrace! I've never known anything like it! I've numerous problems, which they just completely dismiss! I've took screenshots of over 300 attempts to contact at 8.30! It's absalutely unbelievable! This place needs investigating. Because of this hell hole, I've had no choice but to take medication I shouldn't be taking, just to get myself out of pain! which has then caused problems with my existing condition!! All of which I will be presenting at my next consultant appointment. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this until the next closest GP begins to take new patients. This place is 1 of the reasons A & E is so busy! It's not just patients turning up there! It's because GPs like this are unable to function at and half decent standared; which forces people to seek help & advice elsewhere!

Poor service and etiquette. Probably the worst gp iv ever known, currently looking for a new surgery as they have been terrible for years now.

The worst ever medical practice I seen in my life, absolutely shamble and disgraceful, called 200 hundred times still No one answering phone. Waste of government money to keep open such a disorganised place, don't have clue how give Service to public. 1000% happy to close down the whole Ridge Medical practice or replace with better organization who can manage better.

It's friendly practice
