Poor service. Never can take calls . Tried 3 weeks each day more yhan 100 times and very easily saing no appointments. Disgusting.

i have rung every single day this week still havnt got an appointment rubbish

useless, can never see a doctor, always get phoned back, was told i would not get a sick note for my health assesment, changing doctors,

can someone actually answer the phone thanks. rang 16 times so far and it gets cut off straight away

Called 21 times before finally getting through, gone is the you are caller 11, you have to listen to “we are filming blah blah blah” rubbish! How many times do we need to hear the same thing over & over! Waited for 30 minutes then was cut off! Sort it out! Your service is ridiculous. NO WONDER YOU ARE NOT INFORMED OF CANCELLATIONS!!!!

The ridge medical centre is absolutely rubbish cannot get through on phone online service is down very rarely phone the doctors but when you do you cannot get through

Must be the worse GP practice in the North of England. The telephony system keeps playing the same message over and over again until you get through, that's if your lucky to get through. And when you do finally get through, they cannot help you, you will never be allowed to speak to any GP, the only option you have is to do a e-consult online and then it's a 48hr wait before you get a call from a clinician. . It's a horrendous experience to say the least.

Had my Covid injection here it was fast and well organised. The vaccine itself was pain free I didn’t feel a thing, although I had a mild temperature on the night of the injection I was fit as a fiddle the next day. Impressed with the service and well done to all the staff it can’t be easy vaccinating hundreds a day.

It took about 20 minutes to speak to someone, was told a doctor would call me back, which he did within the hour, was satisfied with my consultation! Things have improved a bit, since I last tried to speak to a doctor 👍
