Watching GPS behind closed doors. I wish all GPS were like this practice. Mind you up north all the GPS are lovely not like down south. I've lived up north in Bacup and there all so down to earth. Unlike is southerners . Keep up the good work

Possible to give this place 0 stars cant ever get through to them its been 2 weeks! When you do get through to them after all appointments are gone the receptionist would need to ask the "manager" for everything its a mess of a surgery...then they suggest in a sly way dont ring on mondays it busy.. im like why? do you be on the phone to your friends is it too busy for patients??

If you want an appointment don't bother, ring at 8:15 if you're not lucky enough to get through, tough.

I thought I was getting an appointment with a doctor. She seemed more like the cleaning lady, but less intelligent. Avoid at all costs.

I totally understand how serious covid is but how come we still cant see doctors or physios in person. I have been in agony for weeks and they just give u exercises over email to do. How do they even know exactly what it is without seeing u. I am not surprised a&e are struggling because its the only way u get to see an actual human. The doctors are putting preasure on hospitals by not seeing patients

This GP practice needs to be closed down. I’ve never come across such a incompetent and careless practice in my life.

It's basically impossible to get to see a Dr, I understand the seriousness of covid but people still get ill & need to see a Dr but not at the ridge! The receptionist are often rude & inpatient which hinders things even further. Think it's time to change Dr's.

Getting an appointment here is near enough impossible. They are in of the few practices that rarely see you face to face. Sadly it is a place where clinicians are more focused on being on TV over seeing patients.

honestly they are so rude wouldnt even give my mum a mask because she forgot it and then just cancelled the appointment litterally they better apoligize worst docter segary ever wish i could give it -100000000000 instead of 1
