The Restaurant Bar & Grill leeds

I’m appreciate the private dining room, and it was awesome! Food and service was brilliant. It is a ideal place for celebration. Will come back for sure.

We ordered a sharing platter to start, was lovely. Then we ordered fillet steak x 2, which came on its own so we ordered 2 sides of potatoes and asparagus which weren't on the menu. The potatoes x 2 were £9 and the asparagus with no more than 6 spears per person x 2 were £17, totalling £34!!!!! Scandalous to say the least. I will not be eating here again.

Lovely setting. My friend and I asked if we should order drinks at the bar, were assured someone would take our order.. then sat for a while with no drinks menu before asking someone to take our order. Staff were lovely when we spoke to them.

Consistent A☆☆☆☆☆ Visit this restaurant on a regular basis...say at least once a month or so... very rare you can find a restaurant that is consistent with the quality of their food ..having read a few of the other reviews I agree that Bar Grill could do with a couple more staff .. but that doesn't reflect badly on the present staff who are polite and very helpful. I bring friends.. family and business colleagues here and have been treated with the same courtesy every time ... well done Bar Grill Leeds .

A really welcoming atmosphere, the staff are eager to please and are knowledgeable about what is on the menu. Good food and excellent wine choices are offered. Spoken by a person who normally avoids wine, the bottles I have been recommended by staff here have been more than complimentary to the meals they have accompanied. Recommend the squid for starter, never disappoints. All serving, barstaff and front of house are polite and attentive. Treat yourself to the experience if you are in Leeds.

Jonathan...you are a delight! The B&G Leeds was always fantastic anyway. Incredible hard working staff, dedicated chefs with a really current and relevant menu, everything a good night out needs. But then Jonathan came along and completed the family. Well done B&G, you set the bar for the service sector very high. And you’re nailing it. Nailing the post lockdown comeback tour! It's a nice restaurant well situated in the centre of Leeds adjacent the station. The food is good rather than spectacular as is the service. It's not cheap but they have a loyalty program for regular customers. The atmosphere and ambience is also very good.

Very nice venue located on City Square in the city centre. Large restaurant with as much space outside as in I would think. We sat outside on the terrace on a mild evening, but a number of patio heaters kept us comfortable as the evening wore on. Interesting menu with a wide variety of dishes, different styles, a little pricey to be fair. The food though was very good, very well presented and enjoyed. Service was rather slow though, with us having to call waiters to order drinks and food. Could be a staffing thing which is affecting businesses but it was not rammed. An attentive waiter is always welcomed. Took around 3 hours for our three courses but we were in no hurry. Overall an enjoyable evening. Will return.
