Also left on your Head Office site ! Chandos Rd today 29 March 2018 waiting in the queue this common obese Welsh women walked in she started shouting and swearing at the poor lady behind the counter. This woman is apparently the manager the other lady didn't do anything to get such a torrent of abuse the language was absolutely disgusting!! The poor lady apologised for this so called managers behaviour we walked out so did the poor member of staff. This lady should face a disaplinary for the shouting and swearing absolutely disgusting behaviour and I will be writing to the director's. Myself and my wife are both in our 80's we have never seen such disgusting behaviour in any of your other shops I felt so sorry for the poor lady who was on the evil end of this woman's disgusting torrent of abuse . Yet she was the one who apologised on the other womans behalf because she is definitely not a lady ! We will not be going back to this shop when this disgusting women is there absolutely disgusting behaviour!! We asked if the other member of staff was ok how she didn't say anything I dont know but she handled herself in such a professional manner in our eyes she should be a manager as she was so professional and handled the situation in a truly professional manner and is a member of staff you should be very proud of unlike the other women who's name is Suzanne I believe !! This poor lady needs a medal if she had to put up with this behaviour everyday this disgusting Suzanne is a disgrace to Redland Bakery!
