5/ 5

I am a keen endurance athlete, Vikki has managed various injuries for me over the years, I top these up with regular prevention sessions, working on different muscle groups, which have been key to starting a race in fine fettle. I cant recommend Vikki and The Recovery Room enough.. The new location in Southsea is amazing and a testament to Vikki's drive to help others. I look forward to watching "The Recovery Room" grow and thrive.

5/ 5

Strongly recommended. I have been twice now and intend making it a weekly visit. Both of my sessions have been with Vicki who really knows her stuff. Friendly, professional and polite and a proper deep tissue massage ideal for anyone who is even semi serious about strength training, releasing muscle knots and tension. The premises are clean and tidy. It’s a good way to help with post training recovery.

5/ 5

I have been treated by both Vikki and Georgia at The Recovery Room and I have to say both are fantastic. They have excellent knowledge in their field and knew exactly the treatments and exercises to get me back to my pre-injury state. I could not recommend The Recovery Room highly enough and know where I will be going for any future treatments!

I came into the recovery room with lower back pain and was treated by Georgia. It was a lovely experience and so valuable. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped to completely reduce my pain after a couple of treatments. I would definitely recommend!
