Rude staff Made a light comment to a staff member about taking items off shelves he had been filling. He didn't even speak just looked through me. Then at the tills I lifted a big box out of my basket so the cashier could scan the bar code as I held it. She said £25. I said there's more items in the basket. She said 'Urgh!!!' so needless to say I could see what an inconvenience I was being so paid and left. Shocking!!!

Not as cheap as people have been making out but not bad. great selection of goods. Bit untidy when I went with empty shelves and boxes all over.

I needed lightbulbs, and the type i needed are a bit hard to come by - not everyone does them, you see. Although they did have the type of bulb I was after (only three mind. I bought the lot), their selection of bulbs is lacking to put is politely. So, you have a bit of a niche bulb you're looking for, I'd go elsewhere to be honest with you.

If only I could leave a review LESS than 1 star! I have experienced the worst EVER customer service in my life! Ordered 2 metal & glass lanterns for my wedding. When they arrived, there was barely any packaging to protect them (just a cardboard box & a plastic bag). I could hear, before I even opened the packaging that they were damaged! Literally every part of both of the lanterns was broken, glass smashed, doors hanging off, completely wrecked! So I tried to contact customer services to arrange a return and refund. Absolutely impossible! Tried calling numerous times, no one answers the phone EVER! Tried using the contact form on the website, but no one actually responds! So I tried on their facebook page. Managed to get a small response, but only asking me for photos of the damage (of which I sent immediately, as I already had taken photos), but despite my message being sent within 1 minute of theirs, it took them 2 days to respond. They wanted MORE PHOTOS!! So I sent more, but I am still awaiting a response! I received these lanterns 2 weeks and 4 days ago, and even though I was on the phone to them within 5 minutes of receiving my order, I have still yet to arrange and return and refund! I would strongly recommend NOT using The Range EVER! Most useless company I have ever come across.

I do not hate this place, the choice here is vast mostly good quality. The goods are not shown to the best advantage because of the quantity. The prices are very competitive. The saying if its not here you don't need it sums it up very well

I buy all appliances from the Range. It is massive.

A very large super store in Leeds 10 retail park. It has a wide extended range of products for the DIY, wall paper, tools, kitchen utilities, gardening, hand crafts and kids toys just in sort. I called in for some last minute Xmas shopping. It has has a cafe for a refreshing hot drink and food section. The staff are always on hand for any assistance required.
