Great atmosphere friendly locals and a nice pint
Nice pint of Guinness at a very reasonable price
Very close to railway station, rooms very basic but clean and tidy, the building is 100's of years old so they are limited as to what they can squeeze in. Beer was cold and landlord friendly!
The room was dirty, the bedding didn't fit the bed, there was a dirty sock left under the pillow. I took pictures to prove I wasn't being dramatic.
Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely people
Visiting family down dawlish and fancied a drink. Popped into this pub situated down an alley just a stone throw away from the railway station. We received a warm welcome from who i guess were the landlady and landlord. It was nice to walk into a local pub and seeing everyone enjoying themselves. Everyone in the pub were friendly. Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 drinks as we had young children with us but we will have a drink in there again when we visit dawlish
Nice place to pop in for a quick pint. Good prices, pleasant atmosphere. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations. 🦇🦇
What a gem, great beer, great staff, friendliest pub in Devon.. Thanks guys for the steak sarnie n apple crumble... Given too two starving travelers.....when everywhere else was shut..... Big hugs...
Had a proper traditional Sunday lunch, even the kids ate and want another. No real ale unfortunately.
Great Guinness, great price.
