I had a jacket's zip replaced here and it looks just like new again. I also had the hood of another jacket fixed as I had stood on the hood when I picked up the jacket, which ripped it off halfway... can't tell now, unless you know. Turnaround was quick and service was very friendly. That was about 2 years ago, but I'm going again today for another alteration, hence I thought I'd at least leave a delayed review.
