Sara turned up 20 minutes late for appointment. I then showed her around our garden. She was friendly and said she would email. She hasn’t. I tried to call her 3 times leaving voicemails. I finally asked her to confirm if she would like the job or not. No reply. The garden is reasonably maintained, just needs weeding. If someone does not want the job please be upfront and say. Shame, seemed a decent girl.

Sarah and her team have been taking care of my garden since June 2018 and I have been absolutely delighted with them. They are all extremely professional, but at the same time very personable and knowledgeable. They are always happy to do anything that is asked of them, but will also offer advice when needed. I can thoroughly recommend them!

Well, where to start! Received a quotation for work front and back of our property. Day 1, the garden manager was off sick so the work was delayed. It became very clear very quickly that upon return we were being 'fitted in' around other work (I would have thought it good practice to finish one job first). Constantly ignored text messages and emails. They then declined to do a job, front of property that was originally quoted for. We were given incorrect appointment times twice. Eventually quoted us for a garden bar, they wanted over £450 to build it, which was more than the bar cost! Also quoted more for delivery than the company were charging! Loose slabs on patio, and generally uneven, emails ignored (said they were in spam, but this was the same address used previously?) relayed, loose again. Have now been told if they come loose again the work would be chargeable. Patio is still uneven with a loose slab

Great little shop with lots of choice. Very knowledgeable and helpful if you've got any questions. Also provide a great gardening service that comes highly recommended.

Really pleased with the work carried out (removing some large overgrown shrubs and moving around other plants). Turned up on time and worked very hard. Cleared up once completed. Coming back in the spring to arrange some new spring planting. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend The Potting Shed. They totally transformed my garden. I am really happy with all the work they did for me. They were professional and gave good advice for ideas for my garden. If I need anyone in the future I will definitely be having any further work done by the potting shed. Can't thank them enough.
