The Pikes Lane Centre bolton

Very bad experience. Lady at reception is very rude & the waiting is appaling. Waited for a whole hour to get to see my doctor. Need a female member doctor. The nurse needs replacing on my 2 month baby she stabbed the needle into him instead of being gentle and careful with a baby! Changed my doctor but honestly need a new nurse!!!

Appalling service. Rang up 20 times in the space of 15 minutes and still didn't get an appointment.

I am registered with Dr Counsell and Partners here. There are at least two more practices here at Pikes Lane centre plus the district nurses set up here. A Lloyd's Pharmacy in here also. I love it! I think you get an appointment fast unlike my old GP which you had to wait weeks for one. All the doctors are friendly and polite, I'm not disappointed in any way. There is wheelchair access and parking round the back, two car parks also, it does get busy around school drop off and pick up times as guardians and parents tend to use the car park. There are also toilets available for patients, a disabled one too, and they're nice and clean! I think the disabled one is radar key enabled. I really rate it here.

There is not a long waiting time and when you have been seen you get another appointment for you to see them A.S.A.P and that is quick thanks from j bonney

27 .02 2019 i am ring morning 8.00am my douter is not well she have relly badtempracher can u give me a appointment she sad let me ask doctor i am still waiting for answer now time 2.15pm what an i do

Wow Thank you Andrea what an amazing physiotherapist you are, not only are you professional caring & patient your doing an amazing job with my mum who is in her early nineties and speaks no English your encouragement and ability to make her feel at ease is commendable and outstanding, I have total faith you will do your upmost to help my mother become more mobile without pain Once again I can not Thank you enough.

Called for an appointment as in pain for 6 days...was advised to call back at 8am. I had advised I had called at 8am & lines were constantly busy I am on day 3 & lines are busy I had advised perhaps I should use A&E Reception advised **do what you want** Not really professional Was advised appointment book full for 3 weeks but wasn't even offered this Very very poor

I am calling last 2 week and thy put reciver on hold from 8 am to 9 am aftr 9 when my call recived thy said there is no oppiontment ..

District nurses are amazing Been amazing with my Jess Amy and Donna xx

The reception staff are not kind even the doctors I had appointment today and they said no you have not got any appointment even I got the message sent by the surgery. Really hated it. The worst surgery ever
