Been going since pre covid and the treatment I've received has been amazing! Went in for back pain, managed to get that corrected with Ryan's help and expertise. Fixed the other knee, hip and ankle pain along the way. Ryan has been incredible, helping me build myself up. Very professional service, friendly and goes at your pace

Penny was fantastic in obtaining a team of therapists for us at the Great North Run. All of our runners thought the team were great and really appreciated the time that the team had dedicated to them. The therapists were very professional and really friendly, which was fabulous!

After being diagnosed with a Meniscus tear last year(2016) I decided that I would have an operation to clean it up.๐Ÿ˜ญ As a kean runner ๐Ÿƒ and sometimes a hockey player, I wanted the best physio I could find so I could get back to what I love, so after much searching I found The Performance ClInic here in Sunderland. I started my Physio in November and I was put to ease straight away by Penny as there's a lot of horror stories on Dr Google! Pre op physio involved joining a gym and knee strengthening physio which is hard work when your knee is not at its best. But I was told the stronger your knee is before the operation the better the outcome.๐Ÿค• Post op physio again involved more knee strengthening & balance work which eventually paid off as I was back to running by late May(2017) 2-3 months after my op๐Ÿ™„.I did have a minor setback due to ligament damage but again Penny did wounders to my knee and I was back to running after 3 weeks.๐Ÿค— I am now at the end of my physio treatment which has been very hard work but it's all paid off as I'm almost back to my normal running. The Performance team are all first class at what they do and probably the best in the north east and if you have a major injury look no further then here it may take some time but it's worth it. Thank you from a very satisfied customer. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

I have nothing but praise for all the staff Iโ€™ve met from The Performance Clinic. They are polite, extremely professional and most importantly very good at what they do! Iโ€™ve wasted a lot of time and money visiting so called โ€œExpertsโ€ to be bitterly disappointed with the outcome. I wouldnโ€™t go anywhere else now!
