Amazing online guided facial with Charlotte! What a fantastic idea during lockdown and for those less able to leave their homes. I was sent a detailed questionnaire upon booking and the gorgeous products were posted to me before the appointment along with a headband and muslin cloth. I was expertly guided through all the steps while Charlotte was doing the facial on herself so I could follow along. I learned loads of excellent product application and face massage tips too, bonus! I'll definitely book another one, especially as beauty salons aren't allowed to open yet! Thanks for the glowing skin, Charlotte! x
