not a good Hollywood wax at all. Wax was too hot and she made me stretch my skin myself by pushing my hands apart which hurt so much. Didn’t even press on it after she ripped the wax strip off and went over the same spot like 20 times.

I went here for IPL (permanent hair removal) on my pubic hair. They did a skin test to find the correct level, painful but tolerable. On the third session the therapist turned it up. I told her the pain was way beyond my threshold and asked her to stop. She told me not to worry "no pain, no gain." My nether regions were horribly burnt and took a long time to recover. Horrible incompetence! Avoid for your own safety.

Visited the parlour quite some time ago. Not offered a consultation although I asked for one before the treatment. She didn't say a word while I was there and it felt really awkward. Prices are not per treatment but per time she spends with you. If you pay for half an hour you can easily end up with one shiny and one hairy leg.

I love coming to The Parlour, it's the only place I'll go for a wax because the ladies themselves all do and incredible job and are lovely to talk to. The timing available have a massive range so it fits most life styles and the quality is one of the best I've ever had. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I booked for a afternoon for two treatment package but the night before sian the owner called to say she would be short staffed so could we sort something out I would just like to say thank you to sian (manager) for the great communication on both booking the appointment and the change in plans ur communication is impeccable thank you Kira is lovely she accommodate us very well and while looking after my friend kira was always checking on me asking is I was OK and if I wanted a drink while I was waiting and always checking where I wanted to be while my friend was having her treatments (in other words close by to chat or away so she can totally relax) everything went well they even let me do a tiny bit of decorating their reception with cakes and balloons (only the big number 50) as there was only us in there As for the treatments themselves my friend is very very picky and she said everything was perfect she came out totally relaxed, Kira managed to fit in a pedicure for me which was lovely, Thank you the Parlour for a great afternoon
