This company catered for my daughters nursery . 9 out of 10 times the quality of food was appalling. It was either ice cold or burned , they often didn’t deliver the pudding and you could literally count the amount of beans on their jacket potato’s with beans with just 1 hand .the food was also most often delivered very late , sometimes over an hour and the cherry on top was last time I ordered from them where the bread had mold in it! I was absolutely heartbroken to learn that my 3 year old had been eating this sub standard appalling food for so long . All the parents from the nursery stopped ordering from them . I emailed them over 2 weeks ago to make a complaint and asked to be refunded for the money I had topped up into my account which I will no longer use , the company has failed to even acknowledging that they have received my email and I have not even had a reply ! I will contact their regulatory body and the food standard agency if they don’t find the decency to contact a unhappy customer ! It seems they don’t really care about their customers and all the appalling reviews they have !

Unfortunately I have to agree with the poor reviews here. They are providing my child's school meals as of last week. Nothing but problems so far. Have sent 3 emails and never had a response to any of them. Rang earlier this week and held for nearly 25 minutes until I spoke to someone. Chatted through the problems, which I thought was due to there being more than one account set up, but was told no, that's all fine now and assured me it was fixed. Then yesterday at school my son was told there was no note of any meal ordered (it was, I have proof) and I was charged (again!) Useless. Why the school changed providers I just do not know.

Good customers services EDIT: I was told all the right things to get my review changed (was contacted once I published the first negative review only), and now been waiting 9 days for a refund of £50. I am beyond disappointed and feel really stupid for falling for it, when obviously it was all about the google review, and I still dont have my money back after they failed to tell me no meals were going to be available for my child and archived my account without even an email letting me know and after accepting my £50. Even post Covid, if meals are made available again, I will never order food from them or spend a pound. Will contact my bank today for a charge back.
