Big thanks to Joanna & Sarah for making our Spa Break such a lovely experience. My girlfriend and I needed a relaxing getaway. Belfry spa was the perfect place to let go, chill and enjoy a full body massage. Would reccomend 10/10.

Poor service! Arrived 30mins early to start 10 minutes late as the therapist couldn’t be bothered. We overheard her saying she knew we were there but was busy doing something else (I MEANNN!!) It was the brunette one with a stinking attitude. No rapport whatsoever. Massage was ok but she had a problem as I said as firm as she could go. Wasn’t asking for a Jurassic Park job! Facial was so basic and I’ve got a lot of redness today which is weird. Appointment was yesterday as a birthday treat but was left underwhelmed. Hotel and spa is so old and outdated air con leak marks on the roof on the treatment room which is always good (not). Music in treatment room was so low as if they had people sleeping next door. Treatment was meant to be 50 minutes and 25 minutes but all in all I was treated for less time and the forms were a joke. Never again !!
