Friendly and polite staff, very knowledgeable about the products and stories behind the amazing brands in store, 1 of a kind in Bristol. I bought some handmade ceramics and an organic cotton over shirt for my partner. It's now her favourite item.

I love all the products in the Ottowin shop! The only downside is that because it’s products are handmade and meticulously crafted its price point is often higher than I can afford. It’s for investment purchases rather than bulk buys which is sad for me because I want it all...
