You'd be better off seeing a witch doctor.... Try them out if you've got no choice but sign up to somewhere else asap. The reviews speak for themselves. The doctors in this place as individuals just aren't nice people.

Terrible place! I've been there few days ago and absolutely hate it. Dr Warner is the most horrible doctor I've ever met! So rude and he didn't listen to any thing I was telling him, the way he was looking at me is just disturbing and made feel so uncomfortable! Didn't help me at all! Now I feel so anxious getting another appointment there in the future.

I would've given 0 stars after the conversation i just had with one of the reception 'agents' at the surgery. I unfortunately had the displeasure of conversing with FATIMA MAHMOOD who has spoilt my whole morning now! Great work sweetheart! When we call the surgery it is not because we want a jolly at your convenience, but because we genuinely need to see our gp. Now if we are received by rude, condescending and frankly ill-mannered people who definitely are in the wrong department if they do not understand customer service let alone how to talk to people, then please tell me, why are they still getting paid a salary? I will gladly leave my job to come teach her a thing or two about customer service! People like her giving the nhs a bad name. Please educate your staff that if you have a change in your appointment booking system we will not know till we call in, which maybe months after the initial change. Your staff can not take their annoyance and frustration out on us. We will not tolerate it! VERY DISAPPOINTED

it’s very rare for me to ask for help from the doctors however on this occasion I wanted help, on Monday I called the at exactly 8.00 when they open only to be told by the automated voice the queue was full , I tried again , same response, I tried 37 times ( no lie I was ticking them off) when I finally got through and was 16 in the Queue , finally I was able to talk to some one , who booked me a phone appointment between. 10.00 and 11.15 the next day , now at 12.30 no one called , I’ve given up. This used to be a good surgery I have been there all my life , not any more over last number of years it’s steadily gone down hill, admittedly COVID has not helped but it was poor before COVID, my thoughts are it’s cast it’s net too far and wide and cannot cope with the amount of patients on its books , plus poor management, I hope they solve this, but I will leave this practice and hope the resolve there issues and improve

It's incredibly difficult to get help from this surgery, don't bother calling if you need urgent help, just go straight to 111 or 999. Even if you call at 8 am promptly, you need to be lucky to enter the queue (which is always full), and once you're finally through they'll often hang up immediately, for no apparent reason, without trying to call you back. Nothing is more infuriating than being treated like trash.

They have an inhumane system where all patients have to call the surgery at 8am to get an appointment. A phone scrum where vulnerable patients are forced to compete with each other just to get onto the telephone queue if they're lucky. Then have to wait an excessive amount of time before being told the appointments have all gone, try again tomorrow ad infinitum. I can't imagine it works well for the surgery staff either as they have thousands of patients and a handful of staff. There is no alternative provision for patients who find telephoning difficult. The worst health care provision for some of the most vulnerable in society.
