I’ve been going to the one lounge for a while now and can honestly say every visit has been a joy. The girls are meticulous and super friendly. Gillian is my favourite! I know you’re not supposed to have favourites- but surely that’s just applies to your children 😂.Always a great experience!

I've had massage, luxury pedicure, facial, and waxing treatments. I highly recommend this salon. Paula and Gillian are my usual therapists and both are highly knowledgeable and accomplished practitioners. They take time to ask about your preferences (aromas, pressure for massage, background music) and actually listen to your answers! Also so convenient that they are open late. A salon to suit the customer - that's rare 😁

I have been to the salon many times for facials, massage and nails and every time I am over the moon with the results and leave totally relaxed. Treatments are always tailored to suit perfectly. I would highly recommend picking the one lounge for your next pampering!

I’ve been with this business for years and I even brought them more clients from my family and friends, I’ve never been late or absent from my appointment and I’ve been a loyal customer to them. But they are only money minded they don’t care about the customer loyalty I missed one appointment because I didn’t get reminder message they told me they sent an email but I never got it! I called and asked if we could find any other way to settle this but they are charging me £66 for the service I haven’t even received because I didn’t cancel the appointment, how would I cancel something I don’t even know is there ? I’m very disappointed and hurt that they don’t care about the customers situation they care about the money only and not keeping loyal customers. I’ll pay them but never going back to them! At least charge me half why are you still charging full money! Ridiculous! Hope this £66 makes you millionaires by hurting a loyal customer.
