My massage was outstanding . My massage therapist worked out every knot on my back and relieved a lot of my holiday tension that was starting to build up.

Very good price and great deals on group on. Very friendly staff, great pools and turkish hammam massage, ice room which I thought was lovely! I would recommend and I will come back one day :)

The whole experience was amazing, I bought a group of 10 ladies from Hertfordshire. All the staff are very very courteous and professional. My group were so happy they want to make a regular experience. The whole place is clean and welcoming. Thank you to all the staff but special thanks to the ladies who gave the body scrub and Turkish bath it was an absolutely great experience. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to feel pampered for a few hours. All my ladies would like to express their thanks. We were provided with iced water throughout and finished off with amazing Turkish tea. Bliss! Thank you all once again

I booked the couples retreat with my boyfriend as a treat. I got there and received a warm welcome from the lovely receptionist. Towels, slippers and locker keys were provided. The whole service was a 10/10. The ladies that gave us the treatment were attentive and patient. They all attended to our needs and made us feel so comfortable considering it was a first time experience for most of us. The massage at the end of the treatment was the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend and would come back again... I literally walked away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Extra bonus points

DO NOT GO HERE- THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SPAS TO ENJOY YOURSELVES AT!!!!! Where do I start? I wish I could give this place 0 stars but clearly that is not possible so I give it a 1. I booked this treatment back in November for my mum and I, we went in today and were greeted by lifeless staff members. No smiles or good customer service. We were then taken into the changing rooms and got changed only to come out to cameras from all angles!!!! There was a camera down the corridor as well as 4 other cameras in the very small spa facility. One pointing at the showers, another at the Jacuzzi and so on. Essentially you will be filmed throughout your whole stay. As women who have covered their whole lives for religious reasons this is absolutely ridiculous. There is no need to have CCTV watching women shower and walk around unless they are being used for ulterior motives- which I would not put past their rude, arrogant and patronising 'manager' who clearly is not grown or capable enough to run his parents business. I asked his female staff members to at least cover the cameras and she directed me to the manager. I spoke to him and he was clearly not interested in his customers satisfaction. I offered to reasonable solutions, one being he covers the cameras or he gives us a refund and we leave the facility. He refused both and decided to argue with a much younger woman than himself. He then threatened to call the police on us which he did, when they rapidly arrived they listened to both sides of the story and said the most reasonable solution is to get a refund which I was happy with. He, again, refused this multiple times and told us to leave the facility. I hope the money he refused to give us back has no winnings to him or this business. May he fall in this business and in this life.

Good covid measures in place. Pleasant atmosphere overall. Most staff members were accommodating/informative and kind. Felt slightly rushed by one member of the team, hence the 4 stars. Cute place, authentic turkey feel to some degree, would consider revisiting.

Amazing facilities! Went for my mums birthday and it was lovely. We really enjoyed it. Lovely staff, Faz was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Where to start??? This place is magnificent! Very, very clean. Ladies only day was an excellent, revitalising experience. The use of ‘All’ the facilities were wonderful and the staff are kind, pleasant, professional and attentive. To top it all off, the Turkish bath and end of session Turkish tea was AMAZING 🤩……To be honest, myself and my companions felt like Royalty (with a capital R). I will definitely be coming back.

Came about 3 weeks ago and absolutely loved it, already have another booked in 2 weeks time! I have not come across a place where they offer a variety of things to all under one roof -for ladies only. Felt nice and cosy, and the staff were lovely. I was glad they told a girl off for not wearing her shower cap in the Jacuzzi and for shaving near the shower area, glad they picked that up. Read a comment about CCTV use, whilst I am happy with the explanation, had I not read the review I too would have been shocked at first instance. Perhaps a good idea mention it on the booking to avoid this? Overall great place and can't wait to return !
