Imagine if I was a little old man, that was feeling really ill, finally plucked up the courage to actually call up the doctors when they open for emergency same day bookings. And apparently all the bookings went in 30 seconds... Had this response from Bar Hill surgery the last 5 times calling. About time they sort their systems out and so people feel like they can rely on them. Really poor service. Once you get there, Dr.Wheeler is great though... every cloud.

OK so the NHS funding doesn't allow for a big team of on-call doctors on Bar Hill but at least the quality of those present is high. Have had to use Dr Rasool twice recently for my aged parents and was extremely impressed with his manner and thoroughness.

Since Dr Rasool left this place I had lost confidence in the doctors as I did not find any that were as caring or knew their stuff without having to google search the symptoms/problem!! Dr Rasool is missed! Recently I met Mrs Pamela Kumalo and all I can say Is What a Woman! I thought about changing GP since moving house, but will stay where I am purely because of her. My five star rating is for Pamela and Fiona (nurse) and also for the receptionists.

Quick registration. Had phone appoitment which I dont like , but I understand current situation. Described my stomach issues and was sent for blood tests and reffered for endoscopy once blood tests results came through. Doctor wasnt the nicest of all, but at least didnt fool me and gave me paracetamol. Another time I contacted them I had chest tightness and fatigue after moving furniture, called in the morning and another doctor rung me 5 min later and sent me to A&E with referral. Thankfully all was well and I am grateful that doctor didnt waste the time but took things seriously.

this morning I rang 108 times before someone picked up phone! until 8:07the clinic was closed, and actually from 08:00 to 08:30 they record hours for patients, why then do they take these 7 minutes from us patients. when you call at 08:31 they tell you call tomorrow. they blocked my number so I can't contact them! 😡😡

Absolutely a joke is the word. I wouldn’t be with this surgery if I had other option. They sent my prescription 30 miles away to the wrong pharmacy. Left me without my pills for a day. Don’t go there if you can help it the only thing I will say is their reciopnists olga and especially Tanya are brilliant. Shame them two can’t be be so called doctor
