Spa and afternoon tea very good

Me and my girlfriend went here for our anniversary for our first ever real massage and it was incredible, the staff were lovely and friendly and the massage was amazing. Afterwards we went into the relaxation room which has a sauna directly next to it. Want to go back again, definitely recommend.

I had the full works spa day at the Lowry Spa for my birthday .. let me tell you it was by far the best experience ever .. perfection and indulgence is an understatement. Wow. Is all I can say .. professional from the second you walk through the spa door .. my therapist was superb .. I didn't want to leave that place .. I was booked in for 5 hours worth of pampering.. would highly recommend this. Best spa day ever .. products used were beautiful ..Thanks for making me feel fabulous .

Very professional

Really good treatments, however we paid for an 80 minute treatment, but this worked out to be just under 60 minutes, before we were rushed out for closing time at 6pm on a Saturday. Surely it would be easier to have the last treatments start earlier before finishing. We raised this with the staff, who said they would get back to us and offer a discount, however this never happened and my email has never been replied to. The relaxation room wasn’t anything like how we imagined it to be, we were sat waiting with other customers like it was a reception room. Would not recommend for the money

Went for afternoon tea. Only two savoury sandwiches given ! Poor I felt. Cakes in abundance . Unlimited tea and coffee. Was a gift so accepted as was. Had I been paying would have complained about lack of savoury .

Amazing treatments, shame about the 'relaxation' room though

Treated the good lady wife and her friend to a spa experience they loved it. Food afterwards was great. Hospitality whilst the ladies used the spa and I was in the hotel was delightful with great views and service

Disgusting service and terrible communication. We we're so excited to receive our spa package and had planned our whole trip around our spa day. The day before the spa day we rang to confirm treatment times etc and were told they were fully booked. We had booked this weeks ago and had paid in full! Now we are without our spa day and I am so disappointed. (To be honest it's ruined our break!) They weren't even sorry about it! I've also received no confirmation of my refund and am worried I won't receive it. Please avoid being put in this situation and go elsewhere!
