The Light ApartHotel, Manchester – manchester

Spent a lovely week here. Room was quite spacious, everything was in fine working order. Staff was excellent. When I arrived at 9 in the morning after an international flight, I was just looking for a place to stash my luggage, so imagine my surprise when I was allowed to check into my room for a shower and a nap. Bit of a learning curve for a person from the United States on using the radiator on the wall, but a quick call and someone popped up to show me how to use it. Beds were comfortable, location is fantastic and I'll make sure to stay here next time I'm in Manchester.

I recently stayed here...I must say it was fantastic. I was allocated a 2 bedroom apartment on 14th floor. It was VERY spacious, spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing..will certainly stay whenever I'm in Manchester

I stayed here over the weekend for a hen party. Absolutely amazing.could not fault the rooms or the staff. Very accomodating and friendly. We even got one of our rooms upgraded to a penthouse. Bride was speechless. Will definitely be staying again.

What a place staff so nice 😀 they even put balloons and left us a card as it was my 5 anniversary with my partner. The executive apartment is amazing and very clean. Worth every penny.

I've written an indepth review on TripAdvisor but I'm extremely angry with there reply making me out to be liar so I will leave a bad review everywhere I possibly can, I rented the penthouse with hot tub and terrace It was in a scruffy state to say the least staff are rude and disrespectful I've just got off the phone to one member of staff called Nicola who threatened me! Great way to run a business

Hotel was excellent, my only quibble is that the WiFi didn't work in the kitchen / living room of the suite and even in the bedrooms occasionally cut out. Other than that it was a fantastic stay, polite staff lovely rooms. I'd definitely stay here again and will be back next time I am in central Manchester!
