Great park to relax on a sunny day. There was a skate park and plenty of space for dogs to run around. Wouldn't be bad for a kick about playing some football either. Located close to town, you can take a stroll to the beach from the park we well

A great park for kids, especially in hot weather. The fountains are an endless source of fun but take a towel or change of clothes for your little ones. The play park is also great and a good cafe nearby with reasonably priced pizzas and ice creams. The only criticism I have is that the public toilets on the side of the cafe are v grotty - if you’re buying from the cafe use their much nicer toilets (that have baby change facilities too). The skate park beside the fountain provides extra entertainment for little ones - my daughter can watch them for hours practising tricks.

A great park to hang out especially when you're with children. It has a separate skate park which is really wonderful. Also, the gardens and grass are very well taken care of. The only downside about this place is that there are people who drink here during the night that may be an annoyance.

Bathrooms are horrible, cafe is in need of some customer service training, and you can lose your kids in the playground pretty easily with the way it's laid out. I'd say it's great for older kids 6+ the smaller ones are kind of limited. They do have a lovely sound garden in the playground and there's some fun fountains for hot days.

A play park for parents and young children with a good skate park in an area separated wide walkway and gardens a large grass park as well. Sadly it still suffers a reputation for groups of street drinkers at times though I'm told it is not the problem it was and people are using it for group games and relaxing.

Really great for kids to play, water fountains and a well maintained play park too. It's central Brighton so you need to be aware that kids could tread on things left on the floor 😭

I walked my dog around the perimeter, avoiding the crowds. Lots of children and younger people were perfecting their wheeled balancing skills on the artificial moonscape/miniature 4x4 course. The weather was a bit inclement for Al-fresco imbibing, so the clientele seemed mostly sober.

A large park for everyone to use.But like a lot of these areas in Brighton sadly even basic tidy up of gardening, not being done. So sad as the gardens were beautiful.
