Very impressed by the level of service I received. Real attention to detail and swift responses to my questions. Everything I asked for was done and I had help to get my car insured and to understand the procedure to have it registered in my name abroad.

I went to the LHD car showroom expecting a classic London experience (Seller getting angry when you ask a question, trying to get you out of the door as quickly as possible ...), but André has been the total opposite: Really thorough, nice, and helpful, from the day we first got in touch, to the day we sealed the deal. I had a very good experience at that place.The guys are excellent . Right from the beginning they make you feel as their friend, not just another customer . Attention to details is immaculate. For example one of the rubber stoppers in the fuel hutch was missing when I checked the car. No big deal, I mentally made a notice to look for it in the future, didn't mention it. In the meantime they prepare a car, full service, 2 tires change, trip to dealership to sort some issues all included in price and magically stopper appeared in its place. He saw me checking it and just did it. 99.9% of dealers won't bother about it. This is such a small thing but it shows the whole atmosphere there. Apart that, the help which they provide with paperwork to take the car abroad is unbelievable . Trust me this is not a trivial matter nowadays. And they gave me a very good price for p/x. To Summarize, if you are looking to buy an LHD car, that is the place to go. Cheers guys.

I have the convenience of living close by LHD Showroom so I visited for a test drive and eventually purchased a new vehicle. We visited the showroom to look at a car we had seen on their website and were so impressed. It was in very good condition and had been very well valeted. We took it for a test drive and Khassar said we should take it on the motorway to get a good feel for it, not just around the town at 10 mph, unlike a lot of car sales places. We agreed to collect it the following week, after it had been motd, serviced and had a cambelt and water pump changed, all as part of the deal. Andre and Khassar looked after us so well it was a pleasure to do business with them. Andre was very thorough going through all the paperwork with us while Khassar was spoiling us with coffee and biscuits! Thank you both!!
