Young couple trying to rent a house, judges us from the moment we walked through! We wanted the house, got turned down. The house ended up back on the market a couple of weeks later. The guy who ‘showed us around’ was the worst estate agent I’ve ever met! Nightmare estate agency, if I ever had use them again it would be too soon!!

Dreadful people dont like the truth about them being told. They have been arguing and still are with my son knowing he has mental health issues. It got so bad we had to get shelter involved we dont deny we were in arrears but instead of trying to help us they used bullying tactics and shouting at us down the fone after being asked by shelter to put everything in writing which they didnt do because thats proof. They made myself and my son ill. We had no income comming in due to me getting injured in work this time last year until then we paid our rent with no arrears we gave them all our housing benefit each month while we used food banks. We had no where else to live due to domestic violence getting rehomed took time. Not once did this company show any compassion. They will tell you we left the house in a bad state but they wont tell you about the damp crumbling walls, black ceilings, rotten wooden back door, rotten wooden windows,rotten window sills and poor maintanence and the wear and tear on cheap carpet over 4 years apparently you can rent from them but dont live there because to them poor maintenance and wear and tear is damage . My son put a review on face book but because they did not like it and the photos of the house they say facebook removed it. Shame on you Landlords Lettings arguing with a vulnerable young man.
